They were very professional, punctual, and communicative. I highly recommend them for a clean up.

Very pleased with their professional and promptness, as well as, patience. The service was not just a business transaction but also came from a compassionate point of view. This was not the first company that I checked with but was the one I chose to proceed with due to their communication and transparency.

Everything went really well. I was satisfied.
Ellen P., San Mateo County, 5/6/2021
Simply the best - we had a really serious hoarding issue that needed a full-service deep clean and purge. Very communicative and honest throughout the entire ordeal and I would recommend their services to anyone.
I cannot begin to describe how wonderful this company was to work with. I had to deal with a situation that involved an unattended death clean up and hoarding situation. Steven was so supportive and thoughtful during the entire process and went well out of his way to help me as I was managing a lot of this from a distance. Additionally, the crew assigned to the clean-up was so courteous, positive, kind, patient, and just a group of genuinely wonderful people. Oh, and I don't think I've ever witnessed a more hard working or thorough group of individuals who also clicked so well as a team (particularly given the activity they were undertaking). I would absolutely recommend Bio-One East Bay.
