I am the property administrator for a Bay Area management company. We needed Bio-One to help us with a rodent waste removal situation. Steven was extremely responsive, showed up right on time, squeezed us in since it was an urgent matter, and was overall very helpful during the experience. Once they arrived, they noticed that there was another area that needed some attention, they had no issue added that onto my service and getting our situation taken care of. I would highly recommend Bio-One to anyone looking for any kind of clean up.

Bio-One was hired to clean out a recreational vehicle. Steven Fuentes gave an estimate to cleanand clean the RV and the price was very reasonable. A few days later he brought in a team of three that did a remarkable job; pulling out old carpet, disinfecting, throwing away unwanted items, and making it smell nice and clean. Their time and effort was much appreciated! I would highly recommend Bio-One for any cleaning job, big or small.

I’m so grateful this company exists!!!!!! We were starting to move into our new rental home, when I discovered what looked like little mice poop pellets. Once I saw them and realized what they were, I started looking through out the house and saw that they were EVERYWHERE. I’d pick a spot anywhere on the carpet and see at least 10 of them and my heart sank. I’ve never dealt with mice infestation issues before, and after reading up on the dangers and risks involved, I was afraid we would have to find another home to move into last minute. I was extremely stressed out. Knowing that if anything touched the carpet it would risk my health was just too much to bare. Our landlords had also not dealt with this before and hired a regular carpet cleaning service which unfortunately does not have the correct tools or protocol to cleanpotential deadly viruses on and in our carpets. After reaching out to Bio-One and speaking with Steven, he confirmed that a commercial carpet cleaning company would not be qualified to remove every tiny pellet and fully cleanour carpets, floors and cabinets. I set up a quote with my landlords and thank god they were on board, or we would of tried to break our lease. Steven is extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable and his team cleaned every inch of our 3,000 square foot home. I could not find one single pellet. Our carpets felt and smelled so clean when we moved in and we were all able to relax and feel 100% comfortable in our new home. Thank you so much Steven and Bio-One team!!! If you are considering using this company it is absolutely worth your safety and peace of mind.

Simply the best - we had a really serious hoarding issue that needed a full-service deep clean and purge. Very communicative and honest throughout the entire ordeal and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Bio-One East Bay provided a great service. They were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was needed.

Sandy was wonderful to work with. The job was a hard one that required hazard waste removal of feces/urine; a job I would never try to clean on my own. She took full accountability, worked w/in our budget, and had fantastic follow through all with kindness and compassion. The men on the job were polite, helpful, and respectful. Even when some areas didn't come out as well as expected, they took responsibility and remedied the reason for complaint in a timely and adequately reasonable way! I would definitely use this company again! Thank you for all you have done.
