Very grateful for the quick and thorough service. The home had very bad nicotine stains and tobacco smell in the house/furniture/window coverings/paint/cabinets! Manny's crew was super about cleaning inside and out in the kitchen including getting rid of excess food and washing inside of the cabinets!!!- they got rid of all the soft surfaces (couches/mattresses/chairs etc) and the window coverings - cleaned floors where there had been human waste and got the house ready for me to actually access. They were communicative, and were there when they said they would be. There were a few glitches in that someone was still living there (don't ask) but the whole crew was gracious and professional and worked around this situation. Thanks for the good service.

The crew that came finished in just under three hours and were happy to help me with some additional detailing that I asked for. Communication was clear and quick.
