Excellent and professional work. Steven F. handled the intake and estimate and was prompt and professional from my initial inquiry call to the completion of the job. Manny and his team worked on-site for the two days of the effort and were absolutely meticulous in their attention to detail and work quality. Communication was stellar from start to finish, and both Manny and Steven were reachable by phone and text quickly throughout the project. When I initially contacted Bio-One I reached Steven who walked me through the Bio-One process, requested photos with which to put together an estimate, and came back with the estimate within 24 hours. The apartment to be cleaned and disinfected was in a terrible state from the previous tenant and I wasn't sure how anyone would be able to make headway with it; Bio-One showed up exactly on time, suited- and gloved-up and got to work immediately and efficiently. I'm pleased and a bit shocked by the high quality results, as again I did not think they were achievable. Highly recommended and, if needed for other projects, I will use Bio-One again.

I am the property administrator for a Bay Area management company. We needed Bio-One to help us with a rodent waste removal situation. Steven was extremely responsive, showed up right on time, squeezed us in since it was an urgent matter, and was overall very helpful during the experience. Once they arrived, they noticed that there was another area that needed some attention, they had no issue added that onto my service and getting our situation taken care of. I would highly recommend Bio-One to anyone looking for any kind of clean up.

Steven and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. They were courteous, prompt and left the apartment spotless. The entire team was empathetic and understanding as we were dealing with a traumatic death in our family. They worked closely with the apartment manager and Animal Control to ensure that all the animals were taken care of and even helped us locate some photos that we had missed. I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to make sure that if anyone is interested in using Bio One East Bay, they are an exceptional company!

Simply the best - we had a really serious hoarding issue that needed a full-service deep clean and purge. Very communicative and honest throughout the entire ordeal and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Steven and his crew (shout out to Denise !!!) did a great job as sanitizing a home I have been the trustee for. AND they did it twice in 3 years! First time was human waste (medically caused --) and a horrible stench from years of cigarette smoking in the home. The scrubbed the walls and removed the smoke smell and cleaned the floor of the waste. Then they hauled all the smelly furniture and blinds out for us. I had to call them back this year as COVID and the eviction moratorium had allowed a man who had rented a room in this home to move his girlfriend in with no way to get them out until early February of this year. in essence they became squatters. While we paid all utilities including garbage, they completely demolished the inside of the house! This included animal and human feces and urine on both hardwood and ceramic tile floors, overflowing cat boxes, rotting human and animal food everywhere, garbage, trash, --- it was incredibly gross, The crew came in and over five working days cleaned, disinfected, removed the hardwood flooring which was completely destroyed, removed baseboards and door trim, removed the moldy refrigerator -- they took care of it! Great work, very fair price, great people to deal with in a difficult time. Thanks! I would definitely call them back but hope to never have to do this again!
