Bio One East Bay specializes in cleaning hoarder houses, crime and trauma scenes, mold, urine and feces, meth, Covid-19 etc. Though they are located in Oakland CA they travel throughout the entire Bay area and arrived on time each day. They were like angels for us. We needed extensive cleaning of a hoarder's house that included bio-hazard elements. From the on-site estimate to the final day of cleaning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, flexible and discreet. They executed a thorough cleaning and disposed of some contaminated furniture for us. Their fee was reasonable and their kindness was deeply appreciated. I recommend them without hesitation.

I was in some deep, deep cat urine due to some interpersonal (interfelineal?) issues among my three cats. Not only have I come back to an immaculate, odor-free home, but the team was proactively communicative, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of us. How above and beyond? When they arrived promptly at the assigned time, I had only managed to get two of my three monsters into their carriers for transport to the cat hotel. Number three — the largest and least intelligent of my brood — had escaped me for the better part of an hour. Sweating and frustrated, I let the team from Bio-One in with my apologies. That’s when all four of them got right on the case and helped me get the fur jerk into his bag within minutes. Five star service all around!

Steven was extremely informative and helpful, both by phone and during his free on-site inspection. He seemed to really understand how to assess a mold/dry rot problem, and, thankfully, was able to assure me that this was not a major issue. In the world of mold remediation, it seems easy for companies to take advantage of customers' fears. Steven did the exact opposite and helped assuage my concerns and direct me towards the best approach for the long term maintenance of my house. I highly recommend.
