These lovely people helped me after I had a stroke while scuba diving and things got out of control at my house. They did even more than we agreed upon. They were extremely kind, compassionate, and friendly during an embarrassing time and helped me feel safe and content in my home again.

The phone contact person was very polite, professional, non-judgmental and took time to answer all of our questions: we never felt rushed in this process. The team that cleared, cleaned and cleaned the hoarder house was equally professional, non-judgmental, thorough, cheerful, and very respectful of the home owner and his house. We have a very special thanks to the crew that took on a huge difficult job and gave us an excellent outcome.

We hadn’t lived in our house for a couple of years and when we returned, we found rat feces in our garage. After taking care of the rats, we decided to call Bio One East Bay to clean up the contamination based on their good reviews. They exceeded my expectations. They sent a team of three people led by Denise. She clearly and patiently explained the cleaning/disinfecting procedure which included inspecting and disinfecting (or disposing) of ALL items in the garage. They vacuumed and cleaned the garage itself and then returned the cleaned items to the garage. They finished the job by fogging the garage with a disinfectant. All this was done at a fair price. The team of Denise, Kat, and Nate were all professional and very personable. I was very satisfied with the finished product. Good job Bio One!

The team was amazing! Scheduling, a breeze. Confidentiality always maintained. Clear communication of plan. Efficient and excellent cleaning. The team, lead by Manny, are all wonderful. They took a hard situation and cleaned it up. Hoping I will not need their services in the future, but if I do, I would use them again.
