Excellent and professional work. Steven F. handled the intake and estimate and was prompt and professional from my initial inquiry call to the completion of the job. Manny and his team worked on-site for the two days of the effort and were absolutely meticulous in their attention to detail and work quality. Communication was stellar from start to finish, and both Manny and Steven were reachable by phone and text quickly throughout the project. When I initially contacted Bio-One I reached Steven who walked me through the Bio-One process, requested photos with which to put together an estimate, and came back with the estimate within 24 hours. The apartment to be cleaned and cleaned was in a terrible state from the previous tenant and I wasn't sure how anyone would be able to make headway with it; Bio-One showed up exactly on time, suited- and gloved-up and got to work immediately and efficiently. I'm pleased and a bit shocked by the high quality results, as again I did not think they were achievable. Highly recommended and, if needed for other projects, I will use Bio-One again.

Earlier this year, I had a bio hazard job that needed covid disinfecting too. Not a lot of company would do it. Servpro would do it but they quoted me $4000+ without coming out to take a look first. They were also pushy trying to made me make a decision right then claiming they were so busy and that evening was the only time they had. Bio-one came out, gave me an estimate of less than $2000 and did a good job. Communication was prompt and courteous the whole time. Would recommend.
